What is Universe?...I propose a theory!

Basis of everything that exists in this universe is an emptiness and information contained in it.

That information in time is "thought".

That thought in present time = (NOW at this moment) is Consciousness.

That Consciousness is also called as spirit/soul/GOD.

So I propose a theory:

Universe is a phenomenon of intermingling between entity/location/emptiness and information/thought/consciousness contained in it.
